 TREATMENT PROCESS |
The Consultation is divided into two visits. The first appointment is to assess your condition. The examination consists of charting your mouth, X-rays, impressions and your views. The second visit tells you the clinical level of your disease, the treatment needed and the costs involved. |
The Initial Therapy will reduce inflammation and swelling and stop progression of the disease to allow evaluation of your healing potential. |
The Definitive Treatment has the objective of eliminating any remaining gum disease and establishing long-term stability. This may involve Periodontal Surgery. |
The Supportive Maintenance Therapy is to maximise the life of your teeth and gums. This means regular check-ups and hygenist visits. |
